About Me
My name is Anthony Robles. I’m a native to Phoenix, AZ.
I have a beautiful wife and two amazing daughters that my whole world is revolved around. They have made me a better man and they make life the best!
I first got into fitness at 12 years old when I was tired of getting picked on for being the chubby kid. After losing some fat and gaining some muscle, I built the confidence to start playing football, and did so for 6 years. Football is now the thing I love the most after my family. If it wasn’t for fitness (and the confidence it gave me), I may have never found my love for the game of football.
After high school I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After training for about 2 years, I decided I wanted to start training athletes so I went back to school to further my education.
I graduated from Arizona State University with my Bachelor’s in Exercise and Wellness with a focus in Strength and Conditioning. While at Arizona State, I interned at EXOS, one of the most coveted performance gyms in the world and assisted in strength training a local high school football team during the summer. After graduating college, I became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, the most renowned training certificate a personal trainer can have.
Right after college, I went on to train, primarily, baseball players at the high school, college, professional level for about 2 years. Due to some unforeseen circumstances and COVID, I shifted away from training athletes and moved back into the personal training world.
Although that’s not what I wanted at the time, that change brought me back to my initial passion for fitness, which was to help people feel strong, healthy, and confident, just like I did for myself when I was that 12 year old chubby boy.
On top of training clients in person, I created an online fitness coaching program, the Strong Mom Evolution, which is designed to help the career-focused mom gain strength and feel confident in her body again, without feeling overwhelmed with the process.
I now LOVE what I do in building relationships with others and helping them build Strength for Life.
